• Act as a CPA, enrolled agent, bookkeeper, or tax preparer

All outputs are generated through automated systems and are provided for organizational and informational purposes only. You agree not to rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice.

 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful, and authorized information

• Upload only documents you have the right to share

• Review and verify all categorized data before use

Final responsibility for data accuracy and decisions remains with you.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for tax penalties, audits, missed deductions, or business outcomes

• We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete submissions

• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid within the previous twelve (12) months

 

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Game Finance LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, submitted content, or violation of these Terms.

 

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, unlawful use, or security risks. Data handling upon termination follows our Data Retention Policy.

 

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
