About Me – Why I Do What I Do

My name is Eric Carbullido, and before becoming a Commercial Loan Broker, I spent years as an owner-operator in the trucking industry. I know firsthand the financial pressure of keeping a business alive on the road. Fuel alone could run me $1,500 a week, and a (blown tire, failed alternator, or engine issue) could mean repair bills from $500 to $5,000, not to mention missed loads that could mean losing $6,000 or more in revenue per week.
Back then, I didn’t know about the types of funding solutions I now provide to business owners. I remember the helpless feeling of waiting on broker payments while trying to figure out how to cover a truck note and emergency repairs at the same time.
But my toughest road wasn’t only financial — it was personal.
My 7 Yr. Battle with Cancer.
While building my trucking business, I was diagnosed with cancer. At first, I ignored it because I had just bought a truck, which I owed around $125,000 for. So I definitely could not come off the road at that time and deal with six months cancer treatment.
So, I did the only thing I thought I could do at the time, which was focus on my business, work hard as hell, and build it to the point that I could possibly come off the road someday. But until then I delt with this cancer the only way I knew how at the time, and that was to ignore it.
Eventually, the cancer forced me off the road. What began as a walnut-sized tumor grew into something the size of a watermelon. Treatment was grueling. I lost my leg, my career, and a lot of money, and almost lost my life.
But I gained something far more valuable: PERSPECTIVE.
That battle taught me that "No Business Owner" should ever have to choose between (Their Health, Their Family, Or Their Future) simply because they don’t have Access to Capital.
Why I Help Business Owners Today
I know the pain of not having enough resources when emergencies strike — whether it’s:
-
An unexpected surgery,
-
A major equipment breakdown,
-
Cash tied up in unpaid invoices, or
-
Clients who pay weeks late.
When traditional banks often say “NO” to small businesses in these situations. We Say Yes.
Today, through Money Game Finance, I connect entrepreneurs with the funding solutions I wish I had when I needed them most.
My mission is simple: help business owners get the capital they need so they can focus on running their business — not worrying about how to fund it.
If you’re facing challenges and don’t know where to turn, I’d be honored to help you find the financial tools that fit your business best.
