Data Retention Policy

This Data Retention Policy applies to the MG Tax Prep Integrations platform operated by Money Game Integrations LLC and explains how long user data is retained and how it is securely deleted.

1. Retention Periods

By default, user data is retained for twelve (12) months from submission to support ongoing organization and reporting.

Users may request:

• Extended retention

• Data exports for personal records

2. Deletion & Destruction

Upon verified deletion requests:

• Data is removed from active systems

• Permanent destruction occurs within 30–45 days

• Deletion actions are logged for compliance

Backup systems may retain residual copies temporarily before automated purge.

3. Legal & Security Holds

Certain data may be retained longer to comply with legal, regulatory, security, or dispute resolution requirements.
